Key Responsibilities

•Lead taxability analysis and business advisory for new product and feature launches to determine correct indirect tax treatment.
•Collaborate with Tax and Technology teams across regions to identify, create, and implement globally scalable processes and solutions.
•Monitor and communicate indirect tax legislative/regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business and product offerings.
•Review and document tax positions for existing products/services to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.
•Lead/support multi-state tax audits, controversies, and related tax audit readiness programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of indirect state and local tax experience focused on U.S. sales/use taxes in public accounting, government, and/or a U.S. multinational company.
•Strong technical knowledge of U.S. indirect tax, especially Sales and Use Tax.
•Communicate complex tax concepts effectively to non-tax professionals.
•Work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with other Tax and Technology teams across regions.
