Universal Banker - South Lamar

Provide timely, efficient service for client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Deliver a strong client experience by identifying needs, educating customers on digital self-service options like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking, and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Cross-train for sales and service support, assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.
