Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive customer issues involving Ethernet or InfiniBand network adapter/DPU deployments from inception to resolution.
  • •Develop features and tools that support Enterprise Service offerings related to networking products.
  • •Work with NVIDIA enterprise customers and internal teams to improve availability, reliability, and user experience for NVIDIA networking products.
  • •Bring independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving to customer experience.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to document, recreate, and solve issues.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of system software development and troubleshooting experience, ideally with some customer-facing work.
  • •Experience developing with C/C++ in kernel and/or application space and/or embedded software.
  • •Strong understanding of GNU/Linux and Linux-based virtualization (namespaces, containers, K8s).
  • •Professional-level communication skills with a passion for solving problems and strong analytical ability.
