Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and senior engineering roles across software and hardware teams.
  • •Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and near- and long-term hiring needs.
  • •Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialized engineering talent.
  • •Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical alignment, motivation, and overall fit.
  • •Maintain pipeline hygiene with regular updates on funnel health, risks, and hiring progress.
