Job Summary

Lead UX/UI design for AI-enabled digital solutions on Dell’s Global Product Compliance Engineering and Environment Affairs team in Singapore. You’ll run user research and usability testing, design interaction models for AI outputs within regulatory workflows, and define journeys, information architecture, and user stories. Create high-fidelity prototypes using design systems, then validate and iterate with product analytics and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead user research and discovery activities (interviews, contextual inquiry, workflow analysis, usability testing) and synthesize findings into user archetypes, journey maps, and problem statements.
•Design how end users interact with AI outputs, insights, and recommendations within regulatory workflows; define user stories, experience narratives, and system capabilities, functional requirements, and success criteria.
•Create and iterate on overall information architecture, workflows, system behaviors, and interaction patterns, balancing usability, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
•Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual assets using design systems and component libraries.
•Validate and refine designs through evaluative research and incorporate user feedback, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations using product analytics and qualitative insights.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UX/UI Designer.
•Experience designing complex systems or workflows (enterprise, B2B, internal tools, regulated domains).
•Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers to ensure implementation quality.
•Strong communication, synthesis, and stakeholder management skills, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and usability.
•Experience designing AI-enabled or data-driven products; proficiency in Figma and product analytics tools; experience in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
