Key Responsibilities

•Build and evolve the healthcare proposition to stay aligned with market trends and client needs.
•Drive innovation through new services, technology and data-led solutions to differentiate in the market.
•Lead data-led decision making across client engagements, translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
•Mentor and develop team members, uplifting capability and driving consistency across the function.
•Collaborate across solution lines to deliver coordinated, client-focused outcomes and drive revenue growth through proposition development and insurer strategy.

Key Requirements

•Must have deep expertise in healthcare/ private medical insurance consulting and strong commercial acumen
•Demonstrated ability to develop propositions, tools, or new service offerings and to translate data into actionable insights
•Proven ability to influence senior collaborators (internal and external) and to lead teams with development and enablement focus
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Experience negotiating with insurers and delivering data-driven client solutions
