Job Summary

Design and architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable infrastructure for a B2B commerce platform. Partner with software teams to embed reliability from the start, standardize SRE processes, and drive automation through APIs, CLIs, and services. Own incident response and post-incident analysis, and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using modern observability tooling. Evaluate cloud and infrastructure technologies to continuously improve reliability and scalability.

•Develop and implement SRE best practices, guidelines, and standards for infrastructure and automation.
•Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for infrastructure, monitoring, and observability.
•Lead incident response and post-incident analysis, implementing preventive measures and proactive monitoring/logging/alerting.

•Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
•Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and experience with scripting/automation.
•Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
