Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead employer brand PR by partnering with the People team to spotlight Twilio’s people, values, and culture through proactive external storytelling.
  • •Own external communications for the Chief Administrative Officer, including media opportunities, thought leadership, speaking engagements, and LinkedIn presence.
  • •Manage partner and customer PR by coordinating with partner and customer marketing teams to identify external storytelling opportunities and pitch media.
  • •Lead social impact PR with the Chief Social Impact Officer, developing thought leadership and securing coverage for Twilio.org and its partner organizations.
  • •Support financial communications for quarterly earnings, acquisition, and industry investment announcements in collaboration with Investor Relations and other cross-functional stakeholders.
