Build trusted relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual outreach while supporting a digital-first experience. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to goals. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Collaborate with branch partners, optimize the client experience using available resources, and maintain strong knowledge of retail and digital banking offerings.
