Represent the brand by maximizing sales and delivering exceptional in-store customer service. Greet shoppers, convert browsing into purchases, and promote the loyalty program using the GUEST service model. Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards while operating POS, handling payments and cash till balancing, issuing receipts/refunds, maintaining inventory records, and following store security and loss-prevention policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers, assist with product selection, and convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
•Promote the company loyalty program and offer suggestions and cross-selling across brands within the group.
•Educate customers on product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions while following the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive product displays, adhering to VM guidelines and stock management protocols.
•Operate POS for billing and transactions, balance the cash till, process payments, issue receipts/refunds/change, maintain inventory records, and follow loss-prevention policies.
