Job Summary

Maintain site dewatering plans to support pit slope stability and mine production at the Boron operation. Conduct depressurization and monitoring target identification, prepare hydrogeology drill plans and budgets, and oversee drillers, subcontractors, and hydro consultants. Collect and interpret surface and groundwater data, perform pore pressure modeling, and deliver progress reports while coordinating with geotechnical engineers and mine planners.

•Maintain site dewatering plans to support pit slope stability and mine production plans.
•Identify depressurization and/or monitoring targets for pit slope stability in low hydraulic conductivity soft rock.
•Prepare hydrogeology drill plans and budgets, and supervise drillers, subcontractors, and hydro consultants.
•Collect and interpret surface and groundwater data, including pore pressure modeling and reporting.
•Design and maintain surface runoff catchment networks; coordinate with geotechnical engineers and mine planners and perform on-call duties.

•Ability to communicate groundwater monitoring data and pore pressure evaluation results to technical and non-technical audiences.
