Job Summary

Help customers maximize their Workday investment by delivering post–go-live Success Plans services for payroll, absence, and time tracking. You’ll provide customer service, gather business requirements, and develop Workday system configuration solutions while troubleshooting tenant configurations. Partner with an Engagement Manager on workshops, functional reviews, and health checks, and also support customers via Ask-an-Expert requests, webinars, and accelerator guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to understand business requirements.
•Develop and demonstrate Workday system configuration solutions, explaining product capabilities and benefits/risks of design decisions.
•Support multiple customers concurrently and troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
•Deliver Ask-an-Expert consulting through research, configuration guidance, demos, and clear communication of responses and value.
•Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services such as feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, health checks, and accelerator programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 175,400 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium/large enterprise HRIS projects (or applicable practitioner deployment experience).
•5+ years of experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking product areas.
•3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
•Certified (or ability to certify) in Workday HCM products and effectively deploy solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
