Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams in a complex 24/7 environment.
  • •Strong people leadership including coaching, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • •Experience managing application portfolios, technology roadmaps, and lifecycle planning.
  • •Sound knowledge of service delivery, operational governance, risk, and continuous improvement.
  • •A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, plus ITIL certification (or demonstrated equivalent service management experience).
