Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Cluster Lead to shape consumer-informed, channel-specific category strategy aligned to cluster objectives and global assortment direction.
  • •Define regional product framework and own segmentation definitions, including in-season updates and promotional guardrails.
  • •Optimize seasonal OTB and investment across gender/category, balancing revenue and volume targets and brand-building needs.
  • •Deliver weekly/monthly/end-of-season performance readouts by channel and geo, including drivers, risks, and recommended actions.
  • •Prepare and support cluster business reviews and global assortment/investment reviews with decision-ready consolidated inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years in merchandising within consumer/fashion/retail with strong DTC exposure.
  • •Proven regional APAC experience across multiple markets.
  • •Strong capability in assortment planning and segmentation strategy.
  • •Hands-on experience with Open-to-Buy (OTB), inventory management, and margin optimization.
  • •Highly data-driven with trading and performance analysis skills across sell-through, margin, and inventory KPIs.
