Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the EMEA CPD departmental budget and workforce resources, including forecasting, monitoring, and resourcing requests.
  • •Coordinate the annual EMEA CPD capacity and capability assessment process, supporting analysis, reporting, and workforce planning.
  • •Maintain EMEA-wide governance frameworks and procedures for compliance-related approval, consultation, and reporting requirements.
  • •Serve as the key point of contact for Head Office and EMEA reporting exercises, consolidating stakeholder inputs and ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • •Provide secretarial and coordination support for business management forums, including agenda, minutes, action tracking, and management reporting production for senior governance.
