Job Summary

Own the Group Compliance technology landscape and drive digital transformation for compliance operations across Allianz. Serve as central Compliance Business Owner for AML/CTF and sanctions solutions (“Golden Copy”), overseeing strategy, global rollout, data governance, and KPI/KRI reporting. Lead AI-enabled and emerging technology adoption with responsible AI governance, while monitoring technology-related compliance risks and controls and supporting audits and regulator reviews across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the Group Compliance Technology strategy and roadmap, including harmonizing and standardizing compliance technology capabilities.
•Act as Group Compliance for the AML/CTF and sanctions “Golden Copy” solution, ensuring integrity and governing deviations.
•Oversee rollout and implementation progress across AML-obliged entities, including governance, milestones, quality gates, testing, and escalation of risks and delays.
•Lead compliance data governance and reporting: define data standards/ownership, ensure data quality, develop KPIs/KRIs/dashboards, and promote a unified compliance data model.
•Execute compliance AI and emerging technology transformation, establish AI governance frameworks, and provide technology risk and control oversight to support audits and regulatory reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Compliance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
•10–15 years of experience across Compliance, Financial Crime, Compliance Technology/RegTech, Risk Technology, and Digital Transformation.
•Strong background in IT for compliance tools, including software implementation and systems integration (must-have).
•Knowledge of insurance processes, regulatory compliance, and internal controls, plus expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
•Fluency in English; experience with Actimize and NetReveal is a plus.
