Senior Software Engineer I - User & Accounts Systems

Own end-to-end technical workstreams for core account primitives that power the DigitalOcean console at cloud scale, handling millions of events per second. Drive the console roadmap through major reporting and notification capabilities, lead sustaining engineering to tackle technical debt and security coverage gaps, and design for reliability, performance, and graceful degradation. Partner with Product and Design early, lead incident response and postmortems, and mentor engineers while hardening systems with cloud security and Infrastructure as Code.
