Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build high-throughput, scalable systems for core account primitives (Teams, Organizations, Projects, Tags), owning architecture, implementation, and production operations.
  • •Lead the design and delivery of significant console-facing capabilities, including advanced reporting dashboards and notification systems.
  • •Drive sustaining engineering by prioritizing and resolving technical debt, aging tickets, and security rule coverage gaps across Account Management.
  • •Architect for scale by designing data models and service boundaries that handle millions of events per second with graceful degradation.
  • •Lead reliability and performance improvements, including incident response, postmortems, and mentoring junior engineers through reviews and pairing.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of software engineering experience delivering complex, cloud-scale distributed systems.
  • •Strong proficiency in Go and JavaScript/Node.js, with the ability to make sound architectural decisions.
  • •Experience designing and implementing high-throughput, scalable systems for large data volumes.
  • •Deep cloud native experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and strong understanding of cloud security models.
  • •Hands-on Infrastructure as Code expertise with Terraform, Helm, and Chef.
