Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design strategy end-to-end, setting principles and standards and ensuring nothing ships without meeting your bar.
  • •Design customer journeys and solve complex UX problems from discovery through prototype to production in partnership with product and engineering.
  • •Present design direction, decisions, and rationale to senior stakeholders to shape (not decorate) product roadmaps.
  • •Own and contribute to the shared design system so quality scales across teams.
