Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the maintenance manager to identify maintenance demand driver reduction opportunities and perform asset reliability analysis.
  • •Lead a team of technicians through daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement projects to ensure maximum asset availability.
  • •Manage weekly workload distribution, triage incoming maintenance requests, and prioritize using available resources.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair control and electrical system failures (PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, servo amplifiers, input/output, field sensors).
  • •Provide developmental leadership, facilitate technician training and advancement, and coordinate with third-party vendors for parts, documentation standards, and maintenance actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience leading a team, including leading projects and people.
  • •5+ years of technical experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair control and electrical systems involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, servo amplifiers, and field sensors.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and drawings.
