Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement district-approved Section 504 processes and data collection policies to ensure compliance.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage Section 504 records including 504 plans and eligible student lists.
  • •Provide daily guidance to school administrators, leadership teams, and stakeholders on Section 504 issues.
  • •Deliver training and ongoing support to school/district staff on Section 504 and data collection procedures.
  • •Serve as a liaison with the district and support special education eligibility and documentation for 504 meetings.

Key Requirements
