Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the flat pack machine, set up the program, and calibrate/adjust machine parameters to produce required weights, cuts, and portions.
  • •Perform regular checks on resulting meat and portions to evaluate machine performance and make adjustments to meet specifications.
  • •Ensure continuous flow of product through the production process and that proper ingredients and supplies are being used on the line.
  • •Notify the supervisor if machinery requires maintenance.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
