Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end sales order execution from order receipt in SAP through dispatch and invoicing. Process orders and outbound deliveries accurately in SAP-SD, ensure documentation and contractual terms are fulfilled, and reconcile variances as needed. Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning to support goods issue, invoice creation, and timely performance reporting, while maintaining sales documents for efficient retrieval.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate and coordinate smooth execution of product sales orders in SAP from receipt to dispatch, including required information and documentation.
•Process sales orders timely and accurately, ensuring SAP-SD order characteristics are entered correctly and contractual terms are fulfilled.
•Create outbound delivery transactions in SAP and record deliveries to customers; complete goods issue for completed shipments.
•Coordinate with Manufacturing, Technical, Logistics, and Planning for outbound delivery fulfillment and supply chain/operations alignment.
•Create invoices for deliveries in line with contract terms and provide Finance with relevant information for cash management of invoices; maintain sales documents and support performance reporting.

Key Requirements

•Relevant Diploma with training on the SAP-SD module.
•1–2 years of Sales Administration experience in a computerized environment, preferably using SAP-SD.
•Training in Sales processes, order execution, and administration (desirable).
•Strong sales administration skills with excellent communication.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
