Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory, and create Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions within Microsoft Fabric.
  • •Implement Bronze/Silver/Gold layer architectures and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for transforming data from multiple sources.
  • •Develop dimensional models (Fact and Dimension tables) using Star/Snowflake schema principles, including surrogate keys and SCDs as needed.
  • •Write complex SQL queries and develop Python-based transformation/validation scripts; build views, stored procedures, and reusable query frameworks.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, optimize Power BI datasets, and ensure data governance, consistency, and data quality monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •3-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure-based analytics platforms.
  • •Proven experience building Fact Tables and Dimension Tables, data pipelines, and Power BI datasets.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services and Delta Tables / Apache Spark.
  • •Familiarity with CI/CD and Git-based development, plus understanding of data governance and lineage concepts.
