Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customers and an internal team to deliver the best technical solutions for ERP projects.
  • •Collect information, analyze requirements, and solve technical problems while providing technical and operational support.
  • •Support pre-sales activities including solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders (business leaders, architects, delivery managers, engineering teams).
  • •Mentor and coach architects, developers, and consultants; define technical standards, governance, and best practices (including AI-enabled ways of working).

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
  • •Strong expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
  • •Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations with multiple integrations and ISV solutions.
  • •Deep knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • •Ability to design scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions and define technical standards and governance.
