Oversee operational effectiveness for loan-related banking systems by designing and improving processes and user-friendly solutions. Collaborate with cross-operational teams and development to integrate workflows across multiple systems, manage priorities and iterative improvements, and support data-driven reporting and business requirements. Conduct application testing, facilitate project planning, and summarize, track, train, and communicate changes to end users while resolving design or solution issues and communicating impacts and timelines.

Key Requirements

•Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations and loan administration, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
•Intermediate experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Power BI, and SQL; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio/Lucid, and ADO.
•Intermediate experience with project management methodologies and ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
