Key Requirements

  • •BS in Construction Management/Engineering (or similar) and 4 years of relevant construction project management experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience with retrofitting existing buildings, including structural modifications and MEFP upgrades.
  • •Experience managing design-build contractors.
  • •Ability to compose and buy out scopes of work.
  • •Experience with sports venues (permanent or temporary construction) and change management across cost, schedule, and sequencing.
