Key Responsibilities

•Develop, sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and markets (Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam/Malaysia/Singapore/Australia/Philippines) to develop strategies and plans
•Manage weekly operations with markets distributor teams, tracking sell-through against targets
•Provide monthly performance reviews and interventions to leadership, working with market teams
•Manage overall Sales budget (Promotion, Trade Samples, Distributor support) with tracking and deployment according to strategic big bets
•Create promo strategies aligned with global promotion guidance and obtain approvals from market distributor teams
•Submit and control briefs and CPS for renovations and counter openings; lead deployment

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key customers and shopper-based design to drive in-store execution
•Knowledge in luxury skincare is preferred
•Experience working with retailers and consumers in the ASEAN region
•3-5 years of relevant experience
•Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes
