Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home technology while serving as the in-home expert for customers. You’ll perform security camera and smart lock work, conduct safety analysis in customers’ homes, and use a consultative approach to recommend upgrades or service enhancements on-site. The role also includes educating homeowners on system use and progressing through virtual and on-the-job training and ongoing coaching.
