Key Responsibilities

  • •Review all technical project documents upon contract award and identify differences between pre-contract and post-contract documents, as well as deficiencies in tender method statements.
  • •Attend bid interviews with local management and participate in global management reviews.
  • •Ensure all bid inputs are reviewed and approved by the Division Manager and General Superintendent before submittal.
  • •Prepare technical clarifications/qualifications about the scope of work, drawings, and specifications and submit them to the Proposal Coordinator.
  • •Develop a plan and allocate resources for the project to ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • •7-9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with major contractors or consultant
  • •2-3 years of Operations and field Engineering experience
  • •Thorough knowledge of Excel with Macro commands
  • •Knowledge in Auto CAD
