Key Responsibilities

•Review all technical project documents upon contract award and identify differences between pre-contract and post-contract documents, as well as deficiencies in tender method statements.
•Attend bid interviews with local management and participate in global management reviews.
•Ensure all bid inputs are reviewed and approved by the Division Manager and General Superintendent before submittal.
•Prepare technical clarifications/qualifications about the scope of work, drawings, and specifications and submit them to the Proposal Coordinator.
•Develop a plan and allocate resources for the project to ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
•7-9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with major contractors or consultant
•2-3 years of Operations and field Engineering experience
•Thorough knowledge of Excel with Macro commands
•Knowledge in Auto CAD
