Job Summary

Advise and troubleshoot enterprise customers’ MongoDB environments across architecture, performance, recovery, and security. Work with the MongoDB ecosystem—including database server, drivers, Atlas, and Cloud Manager—to deliver best practices for running MongoDB at scale. Partner with product management and development teams to represent customer needs, and contribute to internal support tooling for benchmarking and diagnostics while progressing through onboarding and certification goals.

•Resolve customers’ complex MongoDB questions across architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
•Serve as an expert resource for best practices running MongoDB at scale.
•Advocate for customer needs by interfacing with product management and development teams.
•Develop internal support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.
•Progress from onboarding to frontline customer support and independent technical escalations.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of relevant experience in technical support or related technical work.
•Strong systems and network administration skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
•Experience with scalable, highly available distributed systems and database/application architecture and data design.
•Experience in performance tuning and benchmarking for systems and databases.
•A B.Tech / B.S. (or equivalent work experience), plus excellent written and verbal communication.
