Job Summary

Join the Short Drama Team to help curate, produce, and localize high-quality short dramas for TikTok’s U.S. market. You’ll support topic discovery, research and trend tracking across U.S. film/TV and major social platforms, and help compile insights for topic selection meetings. You’ll also assist with auxiliary content research and creation while learning end-to-end workflows around copyright partnerships and content supply.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in exploring and developing short drama topics suitable for TikTok’s U.S. market using local cultural characteristics and audience preferences.
•Collect and collate daily information on the U.S. film and television industry, including popular genres, hit works, emerging creators, and industry policy trends.
•Monitor and track hot trends on major U.S. social media platforms (especially TikTok) and summarize popular topics, creative forms, and user interaction rules.
•Collect and sort major U.S. social events and public topics, and initially evaluate their feasibility for adaptation into short drama content.
•Assist with organizing research materials, compiling analysis reports, and providing data support and creative insights for topic selection meetings; collaborate with the creative team on auxiliary content research and creation.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Film and Television Production, Broadcasting and Hosting, Media Communication, Journalism, or a related major.
•Excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension skills for sorting, translating, and understanding English-language industry information and trend reports.
•Strong research and analytical abilities to systematically organize information and form preliminary insights.
•Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork mindset, and ability to complete tasks efficiently under pressure.
