Job Summary

Support the Stock Manager in warehouse management and store services. Manage goods receipt, storage, and product flow to the sales floor, while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to Prada’s procedures; contribute to e-commerce order flow and shop-to-shop transfers.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines.
•Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria.
•Prepare products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing timing efficiency.
•Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
•Guarantee the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) and manage damaged/not-sellable products (On Hold) as needed.

Key Requirements

•Fluent spoken English is expected.
•High sense of responsibility.
•Ability to work both in a team and independently.
•Organized and detail oriented.
•Experience with warehouse/stock management and adhering to company guidelines is advantageous.
