Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and diagnose issues.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment and maintaining facilities.
  • •Perform general carpentry work, including structural repairs, cabinetry adjustments, and door/hardware maintenance.
  • •Complete minor plumbing repairs and replace fixtures within portable units and restroom trailers.
  • •Conduct installs and preventative maintenance on rental bathroom trailers and maintain complete, timely documentation.

Key Requirements
