Job Summary

Drive tool installation, readiness, and qualification milestones across Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing. Own key execution steps from rigging and placement through energization and qual, coordinate micro schedules and pull plans, and manage decoupled SET/SL2 construction paths. Lead cross-functional planning and supplier/OEM readiness, coordinate facility testing (e.g., LSS/eFIT/TAB/networking/ESOPN), and support design/scope alignment to reduce late changes while enforcing safety and cleanroom compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own key tool install milestones including set, rigging, placement, hook up, energization, and qualification through SL2 signoff.
•Support troubleshooting for supplier qualification and Intel qualification to quickly resolve issues.
•Develop and drive micro schedule and pull plan development to support tool install milestones and manage decoupled construction paths (SET/SL2).
•Coordinate testing and facility readiness (including LSS, eFIT, TAB, networking, and ESOPN) and ensure clean handoff from construction completion to vendor qualification.
•Lead multi-supplier and execution-planning meetings, translate requirements into actionable schedules, manage OEM/vendor enablement and contracts/KPIs/scorecards, and apply Lean methods to reduce install durations and improve quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field with 1+ years of experience in project management as an equipment/engineering tool owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience.
•Associate’s degree related to semiconductor manufacturing with 3+ years of experience in project management as an equipment/engineering tool owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience.
•5+ years of experience in project management as an equipment/engineering tool owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience in lieu of a degree.
•Demonstrated project management skills including planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
•Ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments and maintain strong organizational discipline and time management.
