Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips, ensuring effective project governance, processes, and systems are used.
  • •Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are correctly applied.
  • •Manage supplier interfaces and the flow of project information through monthly trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written communications.
  • •Provide technical support including cost control, value engineering, constructability guidance, independent review of status reports/drawings/submittals, and rapid responses to RFIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of relevant project management experience supporting construction projects.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
