Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the owner’s representative and lead project manager for assigned capital projects from acquisition and pre-development through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Provide overall leadership and accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and delivery performance.
  • •Lead Design-Build procurement and delivery activities, including RFQ/RFP development, proposal evaluation, interviews, negotiations, and contract award activities.
  • •Coordinate acquisition and pre-development due diligence, including site assessments, feasibility studies, and related technical/environmental investigations.
  • •Direct and review assigned Project Managers and other project management resources while facilitating executive and stakeholder decision-making meetings and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field plus 8 years of relevant construction and capital project management experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality for complex capital projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • •Lead Design-Build procurement activities, including development and coordination of RFQs/RFPs, proposal evaluations, interviews, negotiations, and contract award support.
  • •Coordinate acquisition and pre-development due diligence (site assessments, feasibility studies, existing conditions investigations, utility evaluations, environmental reviews, and technical assessments).
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, change management, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
