Job Summary

Own Kinaxis Maestro (formerly Rapid Response) application analytics and authoring, including building advanced workbooks, scorecards, and dashboards. Partner with business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and deliver cross-functional solutions. Configure, test, and validate integrations, alerts, automation chains, and scheduled tasks, while monitoring availability and performance. Lead incident/root-cause analysis, support audits/SoX controls, and participate in patching, upgrades, and small-to-medium application projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop Kinaxis Maestro (Rapid Response) analytics and authoring, including advanced workbooks, scorecards, and dashboards with scripting.
•Integrate Maestro with other enterprise systems and analyze business requirements into functional specifications and solutions.
•Configure the application, execute testing scenarios and scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression/acceptance), and perform data conversions.
•Provide functional support by monitoring availability/performance, reporting anomalies, and executing corrective actions; lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex outages/incidents.
•Participate in evaluation and recommendation of patches, point releases, major upgrades, and new systems; support small-to-medium projects and may lead/oversee contingent workers and SoX-related controls.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-4 years of Kinaxis Rapid Response (Rapid Response) application development experience.
•Expertise in core RR/authoring and analytics, including developing workbooks with composite workbooks, scorecards, and dashboards.
•Experience defining alerts, automation chains, and scheduled tasks in RR, plus knowledge of resources like workbooks, automation tasks, forms, scripts, dashboards, and widgets.
•Scripting and interfacing with external applications using WebAPI, along with system integration knowledge (interfaces, connections, imports, exports).
•Basic knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Capacity Planning with constraints and yields (advantage).
