Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and oversee MEP construction activities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV/ICT, and related building services.
  • •Support site supervision, planning, scheduling, and delivery of MEP works in coordination with project management teams.
  • •Monitor MEP progress against approved schedules, look-ahead plans, milestones, and delivery targets; update and validate sequencing and dependencies.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, consultants, discipline engineers, project controls, vendors, and client representatives to align MEP execution and resolve interface issues.
  • •Review MEP plans and submissions (method statements, inspections/tests, shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals) and support technical resolution, QA/QC closeout, and commissioning/handovers.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of experience coordinating MEP and supporting project management/construction supervision, planning, scheduling, or construction management for large-scale projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Strong experience supervising and coordinating MEP construction activities on large-scale projects.
  • •Proven experience in construction scheduling, planning, sequencing, progress monitoring, and coordination of complex MEP works.
  • •Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, fire protection, power distribution, generators, UPS, switchgear, lighting, low-current systems, BMS).
