Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-disciplinary delivery of facade and curtain wall scopes for new high-rise construction from preconstruction through commissioning.
  • •Act as primary point of contact in NYC for clients, design partners, trade contractors, testing agencies, and regulatory authorities.
  • •Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of facade/curtain wall systems across design-assist, engineering, mock-ups, fabrication, installation, testing, and turnover.
  • •Coordinate with architects and relevant technical teams (structural, MEP/fire, acoustics, sustainability) to meet envelope performance and code compliance.
  • •Direct procurement activities including vendor prequalification, RFPs, bid evaluations, and support contract negotiations with facade/curtain wall trades.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, plus 10 years of project management experience with facade/curtain wall scopes on high-rise buildings (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrated success delivering complex urban projects in NYC.
  • •Expert knowledge of curtain wall systems and envelope interfaces, including tolerances, waterproofing, and structural performance.
  • •Proficiency with NYC Building Code and DOB processes/standards for envelope performance and testing.
  • •Ability to manage schedule, cost, and risk using Primavera P6 or MS Project and PM tools such as Procore, CMIC, or Microsoft Project.
