Key Responsibilities

•Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across the UAE.
•Negotiate with landlords, developers, and clear regulatory requirements to secure viable sites.
•Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
•Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
•Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
•Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both a technical and commercial perspective.
•Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
•Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
•An understanding of the commercial real estate market in the UAE.
