Key Responsibilities

  • •Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across the UAE.
  • •Negotiate with landlords, developers, and clear regulatory requirements to secure viable sites.
  • •Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • •Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
  • •Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
  • •Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both a technical and commercial perspective.
  • •Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • •Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • •An understanding of the commercial real estate market in the UAE.
