Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end supplier relationship management for assigned indirect categories, including performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams as the regional category lead to align demand, priorities, and sourcing strategies.
  • •Lead supplier qualification, compliance with Micron Supplier Code of Conduct and CSR expectations, and improvement plans based on supplier performance.
  • •Build and maintain regional cost models and benchmarks to support should-cost analysis and sourcing arguments.
  • •Lead negotiations and sourcing/RFx events through award and transition; coordinate with global managers and establish contract strategies for assigned categories.
