Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously update store look and feel by maintaining RESEC campaigns and supporting zoning and key initiative rollouts.
  • •Provide VM training to help store teams understand brand guidelines and create an attractive, engaging store environment.
  • •Share monthly beat plans, cover store formats, and foster creativity through lighthouse-store innovation, competitions, and store audits.
  • •Plan, order, and coordinate VM supplies for seasonal and monthly changes; maintain a regional vendor base for branded supply elements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in visual merchandising.
  • •Bachelors/Masters degree in Fashion Communication, Fashion, Accessories, or Textile Design.
  • •Work experience as a Visual Merchandiser with design and execution.
  • •Demonstrable visual design skills and a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
