Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and develop reliability stress test flows and test plans covering product reliability aspects.
  • •Develop and manage qualification plans and execution progress with Global Quality, driving qualification gating issue resolution.
  • •Drive DPM reduction through optimized manufacturing test flows and test strategy to meet quality, cost, and cycle time KPIs.
  • •Debug and identify root causes of qual and RMA failures related to defectivity and intrinsic reliability margin using EFA and PFA, and drive cross-functional resolution.
  • •Recommend process conversions and support HVM for cost/yield improvements while managing associated risks and promoting technical innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 3 years of semiconductor industry experience; product engineering experience preferred.
