Job Summary

Provide premium travel and lifestyle concierge support to American Express Card Members, advising on top destinations and booking leisure travel with a focus on Spain and international air, car, and hotel arrangements. Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers to deliver exclusive experiences, gather and share local content, and resolve customer requests end to end to drive first-contact resolution and high satisfaction. Work rotating shifts Monday–Sunday 09:00–20:00.

•Serve as a “Travel Master” providing expert consultation and advice on top destinations worldwide.
•Create memorable travel experiences by booking leisure travel, including air, car, and hotel arrangements with a key focus on Spain.
•Manage and develop relationships with travel suppliers to ensure premium Card Member experiences.
•Take ownership of the Card Member experience end to end and efficiently resolve requests to drive first-contact resolution.
•Gather and share local content through knowledge platforms and proactively anticipate customer needs; work rotating shifts Monday–Sunday 09:00–20:00.

Key Requirements

•Travel industry experience or luxury/premium customer service knowledge and experience.
•1+ year recent experience in a customer-facing premium or luxury service industry/OTA environment.
•Strong destination knowledge and the ability to cultivate relationships with local suppliers of exclusive events, dining, and experiences.
•Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) and high proficiency in English.
•Customer service and communication skills with strong phone interaction and written skills via email; ability to adapt to diverse call needs.
