Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assigned aircraft maintenance tasks, ensuring work is executed to Approved Technical Data and correctly certified in line with authorisations.
  • •Execute aircraft maintenance activities to meet schedule milestones, controlling and sequencing individual workloads and maintaining first-time quality.
  • •Assemble, disassemble, modify, or repair aircraft systems, structures, electronics, and components; upgrade components to address failures or implement changes.
  • •Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical/electronic) to isolate faults and repair faulty components per authorised technical information.
  • •Mitigate immediate risks (including stop work), escalate emerging risks, and support continuous improvement workshops and apprenticeship oversight as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Able to understand, interpret, and implement technical information and Approved Technical Data, ensuring work is correctly certified to authorisations.
  • •Recognised relevant trade apprenticeship or trade training equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of maintenance practices and techniques, including interpretation of technical documents and drawings.
  • •Ideally knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, aviation QA, and Safety Management System (SMS), plus Microsoft Office skills.
