Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team, setting technical direction while improving reliability, quality, and turnaround time across a portfolio of fulfillment integrations. Drive scalable architecture decisions for a complex, integration-heavy system and help the team adopt AI-assisted development practices responsibly in a regulated, data-sensitive environment.

•Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team, setting technical direction and driving performance and career development.
•Own reliability and quality for a broad portfolio of fulfillment integrations, reducing friction and minimizing candidate/customer impact when issues arise.
•Partner with Product to define and execute the roadmap across employment, education, drug and health, and compliance products.
•Drive technical strategy to scale a complex, integration-heavy system via architecture decisions that reduce manual exceptions and improve consistency.
•Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning on capacity, tradeoffs, and roadmap sequencing while supporting responsible AI-assisted development adoption.

Key Requirements

•Track record improving operational metrics such as incident frequency, detection time, and reliability in high-stakes production environments.
•Experience working on regulated products where data accuracy and legal compliance are non-negotiable.
