CRM Delivery Manager

Own the delivery of the global email strategy to drive engagement and demand generation. Partner with marketing planning teams to shape audience segmentation and best-practice email plans, execute campaign and one-off emails, and measure performance to provide actionable recommendations. Lead and optimize continuous improvement through testing and learnings, manage the email calendar workflow, and run data-driven special projects. Manage and develop direct reports while influencing internal marketing innovation.
