Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and evaluate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and cost control systems.
  • •Monitor and control project costs, commitments, expenditures, accruals, and forecasts; provide timely reporting.
  • •Prepare and present monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and financial updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • •Review contractor pricing and commercial submissions, reconcile cost changes, manage cost impact assessments and change logs, and support pay applications, valuations, and final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls on large-scale construction projects.
  • •Strong experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • •Experience reviewing contractor estimates, change orders, pay applications, valuations, and final accounts.
  • •Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, contract administration, and commercial management, including advanced cost control and forecasting (EVM principles).
