Quality Specialist, Rocket Motor Systems

Serve as the on-the-floor quality resource for solid rocket motor production, working directly with operators and manufacturing to keep hardware built and inspected correctly. Execute internal process audits against AS9100 requirements, manage nonconformance containment and MRB documentation, and perform in-process/final inspections using calibrated measurement tools. Monitor safety and quality risks in an energetics environment, support FAI execution per AS9102, maintain traceable records, and drive practical continuous improvements.
