Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures for conversational AI applications and agentic AI/LLM systems.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain quality across the product lifecycle.
  • •Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for conversational AI platforms and LLM-based solutions.
  • •Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA and provide testing insights and reports.
  • •Analyze requirements to design test strategies and deliver stakeholder-ready test report summaries and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of software testing and QA experience with Conversational AI and Agentic AI/LLMs.
  • •Experience with manual and automation testing for conversational/chatbot and agentic/LLM use cases.
  • •Hands-on JIRA experience for defect tracking and project management.
  • •Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • •Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, including performance and security testing.
